PS5 players can get a physical edition.
The 2D action-platformer Voidwrought is now available on consoles through PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S. This fast-paced action-platformer features tight traversal, varied abilities, and formidable boss battles. Players can customize their playstyle by obtaining and then equipping powerful Relics and Souls.
A physical release is offered but only for the PS5. There's the option to choose between the boxed Standard Edition and the Collector’s Edition, both of which have been designed to deliver the ultimate Voidwrought experience. In addition to the base game, the Collector’s Edition also comes with a CD soundtrack. It also has three character magnets along with an embroidered patch and a metallic pin.
Explore the Depths
The game marks the start of a new age with the arrival of the Red Star. Emerging from its cocoon is a Simulacrum that's driven to collect Ichor, the blood of the gods, from the monstrosities who hoard it. Players need to descend under the star-scorched surface and explore the multidimensional depths. There they get to witness the corrupted revelry of the Court and can either lose themselves in the icy tunnels of the Old Waters or discover the grim fate of the Abandoned Expedition.
Ancient Artifacts
The world is filled with treasures that's sought by the learned, the brave, and even the mad. Players have to scour the halls of their shrine and rend the corpses of defeated deities. They can also hunt in the hidden corners of the cosmos to find objects capable of granting unique powers.
Key Features
One of the features of the game are the atmospheric and hand-drawn biomes. These include the star-scorched Surface and all the way to the biomechanical Abandoned Expedition. In the journey, players face off against more than 70 enemies and 11 formidable bosses.
Steam Discount
For the PC version available on Steam, Voidwrought is being offered at a 66% discount until April 23. There are also bundles available that can be purchased at a discount. The Voidwrought Deluxe Edition bundle has the base game and the official soundtrack. Meanwhile, the Steam & Ichor bundle has the game plus the Gestalt: Steam & Cinder title.
Voidwrought was released for the PC back in October 2024. It's available on Steam.
