It's time to run, jump, and save the day, as Dog Man: Bark in Action is finally here. This platformer is one the entire family is sure to love.
The game has players enter the world of Dog Man as it features a comic-book style adventure that's packed with action, humor, epic boss fights, and gadgets that grant cool new abilities. Choose to play as 10 characters straight from the comics with each one having unique powers. Making it even more exciting is that players can team up with a friend in co-op mode.
The story sees Dr. Scum setting up Hypno Screens around the city and mind-controlling the innocent townsfolk. Now it’s up to Dog Man, who is part Dog and part Man, to fight back against Dr. Scum and all his minions. Dog Man has to defeat Dr. Scum, save their friends, and rescue the city.
Free Demo
It's now possible to take Dog Man: Bark in Action for a test run. That's because a free demo is available on the different platforms. The demo has players explore two brand-new levels which are the Robo-Time Industries and City Hall.
Exclusively Streaming
Fans should be happy to know that for the first time in Dog Man history, the game is being released on the cloud gaming platform Amazon Luna. This is made possible through a partnership between Mindscape and Amazon. No release date has been announced for now.
Working Together
The game allows Dog Man to switch with the Supa Buddies. That means Dog Man, Li'l Petey, and 80-HD. Each one has their own special abilities that can help overcome obstacles and defeat Dr. Scum. Players can also phone friends to help them like Commander Cupcake or Chief. There's a total of 10 playable characters.
Explore the Levels
Players get to explore iconic locations from the Dog Man universe like the Cat Jail and Robo-Time Industries. They can try to beat the clock in the Time Challenges and discover the Mystery Levels full of surprises. Players can enjoy double the action by having a second player join with unique special abilities.
Dog Man: Bark in Action is available for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S< and the Nintendo Switch.
