It's a game that's sure to test your patience.
There are already a lot of games where you get to play as a mermaid. Swimpossible! continues that tradition but offers a twist as you become a "reverse" mermaid. That means the upper half is a fish and the lower one is human. The game itself comes out February 19.
Swimpossible! have you take on the role of the reverse mermaid Craig. He has this ambition to wiggle and flail upstream. You get to control each limb separately as you dodge worms, ducks, waves, and whatever the river might throw at you. This swimming based rage game is sure to test your patience.
Here are some of the game's key features:
- Find the momentum in your swimming movement as every stroke counts.
- Be sure to master your leg and arm coordination or maybe don’t.
- Race the clock and achieve enviable glory by setting new records on the global leaderboard.
- Prepare to lose progress, and possibly parts of your dignity, but make sure not to lose that smile on your face.
- Get better with practice while at the same time look and feel ridiculous the whole time.
- Failure is always an option.
- Explore the beautiful and vibrant yet serene environments, which may treacherously drag you back downstream.
