Choose a faction and then join the fight to earn rewards.
The Beast Spiker update for The Spike Cross is now live. One of the new content introduced is Faction Battle.
How it works that for each week, all players get to choose a faction and then participate in Faction Battles to earn Contribution Points. Any accumulated Contribution Points obtain are applied to the chosen faction. The faction having the highest total points wins. Total team contribution points are revealed three days after the start of the round.
The thing is, there's technically no "loser" for each battle. That's because everyone gets rewards. These are:
- Winning Faction: 280 Beast Coins, 150 VP, 5 Normal Player Recruit Ticket
- Losing Faction: 280 Beast Coins, 50 VP, 2 Normal Player Recruit Ticket
That's not all. Players able to get a contribution score of 30 points or higher in the respective round and receive Faction Battle round rewards.
Here are the other details of Faction Battle:
- The content can be played in Easy or Hard mode.
- Faction Battle is open to players Gold Tier and above.
- Before the match, players can select cards to boost stats.
- Chosen cards remain active for the duration of the Faction Battle round.
- Contribution Points are calculated based on match victory points.
- Players can earn 50 Beast Coins each time they reach 10 Contribution Points.
System Improvements
- The new update brings with it new improvements that include:
- Mastery animations and functionality added.
- Counter Receive tutorial added.
- Colosseum and Faction Battle ability card stats now displayed as actual in-game values.
- Added visual effects for when Lisia’s Skyball Serve is received.
- The serve cheer and rally victory cheer sound effects have been added and updated.

The Spike Cross is a free-to-play game made by a developer who loves volleyball. The game features a 3x3 volleyball match and offers quicks, pipes, open attacks, and fast tempo attacks.
