LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight invites everyone to experience the essential Batman story when it is released May 22. It takes players to an open-world Gotham City where they can enjoy a bold and action-packed adventure. Of course, it has the signature LEGO charm that fans know and love.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight offers a narrative-led action-adventure from TT Games, the same team responsible for titles like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Players get to step into the journey of Bruce Wayne in his journey to become Batman. They get to forge bonds with trusted allies while at the same time fight against the most dangerous villains of Gotham.
As Batman, players can experience the new combat system as they combine fluid combos, stealth techniques, and detective skills to take on crime across the streets and rooftops of Gotham City. They command a full range of Batmobiles and Batcycles to navigate an open and immersive Gotham City.
Deluxe Edition
The base game is being offered for $69.99. Those who want to get their hands on additional goodies can buy the Deluxe Edition, priced at $89.99. Aside from the game itself, it has the Legacy Collection. It has more than 30 launch-day items that include 3 Themed Packs which are the Arkham Trilogy Pack, Batman Beyond Pack, and Party Music Pack. Each Themed Pack brings with it 7 suits (1 for each playable character), 1 Batmobile, and a set of 5 Batcave customization.
The Deluxe Edition also has the Mayhem Collection which includes a new Story Mission where they get to play as The Joker and Harley Quinn. There's also the Mayhem Mode where players can cause chaos on the streets of Gotham City. Finally, It adds the Sinister Pack which has 7 suits (1 for each of the original playable characters), 1 Batmobile, and 1 Batcave prop set.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is available for the PC via Steam along with consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S. A version for the Nintendo Switch 2 is planned to be released at a later date.
