A free DLC has been released for Fatal Claw. It introduces a new difficulty selection system which lets players customize their adventure to their preferred style.
The three difficulty levels are Explorer (Easy), Warrior (Normal), and Trial (Hard). Depending on what difficulty has been selected, the different gameplay elements are adjusted in detail. These include Kisha's stats, the frequency of monster encounters, and boss attack patterns, to name a few. The addition of this feature lets both experience players and those new to the game to enjoy the different levels of challenge.
Players should be happy to know that Speedrun Mode is finally available. This should offer a different way to enjoy the game by racing through designated sections and competing for faster completion times. The Speedrun Mode is unlocked after defeating the Damaged Eradicator. Take note that personal best records are saved.
New Fusion Skills
Ten new Fusion Skills have been added which should give players even more options when it comes to combat. These include:
- Blood Spear
- Recoil Step
- Ruinous Dive
- Mana Whip
- Wire Claw
- Kannic Rapid-Fire
- Returning Blade
- Afterimage of Fire
- Fruit of Life
- Automata: Mount
New Outfit
A new outfit for Kisha has been added and called "Examu’s Ceremonial Robes." It can be viewed in the Boutique and those who also met the unlock requirements can receive the outfit based on their existing progress.
Adventure Settings
The free DLC sees different detailed options which can be adjusted under Adventure Settings. These are:
- Double HP
- Mana Absorption
- Health Absorption
- Light Energy Absorption
- Kannic Acquisition
- Display Monster HP
- Automatically set Revival Point when using Stone Warp
- Automatically set Revival Point at the Stone of Immortality
